This blog is intended as a way for me to explore my interest in entrepreneurship and the law surrounding entrepreneurship. It is titled "Entrepreneurship Made Easy" because I believe the barriers to entrepreneurship should be low, especially at a time when innovation is on the rise! I hope to publish insightful and useful content on here, and feedback is welcome!

About Me

My name is Nitya Bodavala, and I am a 2L at Penn State Dickinson Law. I am from Hyderabad in India, and I come from a family of entrepreneurs. It seemed natural that I would gravitate to working with entrepreneurs even within the law! Through posting on here, I hope to share my interests and learn in the process.
